US pints are smaller than British pints: a US pint is 473 ml, an imperial pint 568 ml.

Tablespoons and teaspoons
A US tablespoon is 14.8 ml and a teaspoon 4.9 ml: close enough to metric 15 ml and 5 ml spoons that you can use yours as they are.

US, metric and Australian cups
Australia, New Zealand and Canada use a 250 ml metric cup, about 6% bigger than the US cup. For most recipes that's fine as long as you use the same cup for everything. Australian tablespoons are different, though: they hold 20 ml, not 15 ml, so use 3 teaspoons for each US tablespoon. Nutrition labels in the US use a rounded 240 ml cup.
